industry comments on a draft Statement of Work and Performance
Specification for lightweight, 3-D, shatterproof targets that
replicates life-like human figures (men, women, and children) that will
be encountered on battlefield or during Operation Other War
(OOTW)--This target is identified as ''Target Opposing Forces (OPFOR)
Multipurpose Individual (TOMI)''-- The target when used in conjunction
with the Targetry and Simulator Device System (TSDS) completes the
system as required for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC), Fort
Polk, Lousianna for Combined Arms Live Fire Exercises (CALFEX)--The
TOMI will enhance realism and will replace obsolete and otherwise
