Information: A & E Services type A, B, and C for two separate projects,
the first of which is Project JKSE 959629, Alter Squadron Operations to
provide investigative, design and inspection services necessary to
alter/renovate approximately 17,100 SF of an existing facility. Design
work shall address all necessary demolition and new construction to
include partition walls, ceilings, electrical systems, mechanical
systems and interior finishes to provide a complete facility. Selection
criteria will include in order of importance: 1) Professional
qualifications to include Architect achievement, Civil, Mechanical,
Electrical and Structural Engineering design; 2) Specialized experience
and technical competence in the design of aircraft maintenance and
administrative facilities; 3) Capacity to accomplish work in required
time; 4) Past performance schedule in terms of cost control, quality of
work and compliance with performance schedules; 5) Location and
knowledge of project locality; and 6) Volume of work previously awarded
by DOD agencies. Project is located at the 120 FG, Air National Guard
Base, Great Falls International Airport, Montana. Estimated
construction range is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The second
project is JKSE 959628 Alter Aircraft Hangar Shops to provide
investigative, design and inspection services necessary to
alter/renovate approximately 57,033 SF of existing Maintenance Hanger.
Design work shall address all necessary demolition and new
construction to include partition walls, ceilings, electrical and
mechanical systems, hypalon roofing system, interior finishes, overhead
crane, and in-floor maintenance utility system work necessary to
provide a complete facility. Selection criteria will include in order
of importance: 1) Professional qualifications to include Architect
achievement, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering
design; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the
design of aircraft maintenance and administrative facilities; 3)
Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time; 4) Past
performance in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance
with performance schedules; 5) Location and knowledge of project
locality; and 6) Volume of work previously awarded by DOD agencies.

$1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Firms that have the capability to perform
the service described herein, are requested to submit appropriate data
within 30 calendar days from the initial publication date of this
announcement. Applicant responses to the aforementioned evaluation
criteria shall use Standard Forms 254 and 255, which will form the
basis of the initial evaluation of qualifications. The data submitted
shall be concise and must address all specific categories listed in the
evaluation criteria. One firm-fixed price contract for both projects
will result from this acquisition. This is not a request for proposal.
