C -- ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMPOSITE SUPPORT FACILITY Contact Point, Robert J. Kipper, (406) 444-9400. Contract Information: Project JKSE 959627 A & E Services, Type A, B and C to provide investigative, design and inspection services necessary to construct a 16,400 SF composite Security Police/ Communications facility. Design work shall address all structural, mechanical, electrical and other systems necessary to provide a complete facility. Project shall also provide for the relocation of a 7500 SF Liquid Oxygen Storage Tank Pad, fencing and pre-fabricated steel structure. Selection criteria will include in order of importance: 1) Professional qualifications to include Architect achievement, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural Engineering design; 2) Specialized experience and technical competence in the design of aircraft maintenance and administrative facilities; 3) Capacity to accomplish the work in required time; 4) Past performance in terms of cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; 5) Location and knowledge of project locality; 6) Volume of work previously awarded by DOD agencies. Project is located at the 120 FG, Air National Guard Base, Great Falls International Airport, Montana. Estimated construction range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Firms that have the capability to perform the service described herein, are requested to submit appropriate data within 30 calendar days from the initial publication date of this announcement. Applicant responses to the aforementioned evaluation criteria shall use Standard Forms 254 And 255, which will form the basis of the initial evaluation of qualifications. The data submitted shall be concise and must address all specific categories listed in the evaluation criteria. A firm-fixed price contract will result from this acquisition.
