This contract requires the operation of a system to support the administration of the Campus-Based Programs, together with all services and personnel necessary. In addition to ADP support, the contract requires such services as data entry, customer service, printing and mailing, clerical support, and quality assurance and quality control activities. The administration of these programs involves many activitiesm, including but not limited to, the collection and editing of data, the allocation and distribution of funds, the update and maintenance of school-related data, and the providing of loan default prevention assistance.
