The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) intends to procure the services of a qualified contractor to maintain specific Automated Data Processing (ADP) equipment, located at the agency headquarters and in field offices nationwide. These services will be provided within the context of a performance based contract. A firm fixed price type contract is contemplated. Request for Proposal (RFP) CPSC-P-96-1138 will be issued on or about October 20, 1995 with proposals due on or about November 20, 1995.
