Request for Proposal for Operation, Maintenance and Compliance Monitoring of Groundwater Treatment Plant at Pueblo Depot Activity, Colorado. Contract will be fixed price with base year and 4 - one year options. The plant will process approximately 350,000 gallons per day and include air stripping and innovative GAC adsorption process with ph controls for metal removal. The Government requires a firm knowledgeable of operation & maintenance treatment plants, needs analytical capabilities and must hire licensed plant operators. Selection of the contractor will be made on the basis of the ability to perform and past experience.
