The United States Postal Service is seeking proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified, or facilities to be constructed in the City of Syracuse, NY. Space requirements are approximately 19,849 net interior square feet on a site of 2.3 acres. The ideal site adaption should include approximately 43,000 sq. ft. of paved parking and maneuvering area, along with a 6,250 sq. ft. loading slab and a 2,000 sq. ft. enclosed platform. The desired lease term is a basic twenty year fixed rate lease, with four renewal options of five years each.
