Building systems include steel framed second floor and roof with concrete masonry exterior walls; multiple split system heat pumps with interior fan coil units; toilet and shower facilities; normal power and lighting; special UPS, Emergency, IDS, and ACS systems. Relocation of existing site utilities, generally balanced site excavation and fill and parking paving is required. Interior modification and remodeling of similar existing systems is involved complete and ready for use.
