The work may include any item detailed in the Unit Price Schedule in any postal facility in the Portland District which includes the entire State of Oregon and the following counties in the State of Washington; Clark, Cowlitz, Klickitat, Pacific, Skamania and Wahkiakum. Offerors must submit a MULTIPLIER that will apply equally to all Unit Line Items. Work Orders will be issued when projects are identified. Term of contract will be two years. The initial contract value is $250,000 and may be increased in $250,000 increments with a maximum value not to exceed $1,000,000 over the term of the contract. Additional consent of surety will be required. Offerors must provide all information requested in Attachment 02 or submittal will not be considered. There will be no charge for the solicitation package with a limited number available on a first request basis. Proposal Guarantee (bond) will be required with submittal.
