The VARIVAX vaccine (brand name - product #4827) Live package shall be comprised of 10 vials (.5ml EA) with diluent. The proposed contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Type Contract for a base year and three (3) one-year option periods. The estimated quantity for each performance year is 335 packages (total 4 year estimate: 1,340 PKGs). Delivery shall be FOB destination to the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, CA.
