Contract will be a requirement type contract with delivery orders placed quarterly and deliveries made three time per week to approximately 17 building. Contractor facilities are required to pass an Army Veterinary Services inspection prior to the award of a contract. The estimated issue date is 27 October 1996 with closing date of 27 November 1996.
