The New York City Transit Authority is seeking to retain a Professional Architectural/Engineering Consultant to perform Station Rehabilitation of 72nd Street Station, Broadway/7th Avenue Line. The Consultant's efforts consist of design for rehabilitation of 72nd Street Station, technical assistance during the bid and award process and shop drawing review during construction and contract close-out. The total consultant contract duration is estimated to be 77 months. Estimated breakdown of major disciplines is approximately 45% Architectural, 30% Civil/Structural, 10% Mechanical/Hydraulics, 10% Electrical, and 5% Communications. Estimated Construction Cost: more than $10 million.
