Professional Engineering services for performing Risk Assessments
related to the development of the proposed Crown Butte Mine near Cooke
City, Montana. Risk Assessments shall address: Environmental risks
(including water quality and quantity); Safety risks associated with
the proposed underground mining; Related backfill alternatives; and
Tailings disposal alternatives. Risk assessments are to be accomplished
via ''Failure Mode Effects Analysis'' (FEMA) type assessments using
workshop formats with, contractor assembled, widely recognized
specialty experts. Firms must have documented experience in FEMA type
assessments, environmental impact statement interpretation/application,
and design/development of underground mines and mine tailings
impoundments. Estimated 45 days contract period. For additional
