Tape Library maintenance. Back-Up and Recovery Services. Monitoring and Administering an agency bulletin board, Novell LANs, SQL and NT Mail Servers including daily backups for disaster recovery. Production Control functions. Quality Control and Report Distribution activities. Customer Service Support as needed. The environment includes a centralized Tandem computer system and an Agency wide WAN consisting of nine LAN's, one at each of six regional offices and the Asset Liquidation Management Center (ALMC) and two at the Central Office.
