The program to be conducted at the Winnemucca airport shall be conducted five days per week, eight hours per day. The program at Ely shall be conducted seven days per week, twelve hours per day. All station personnel must be certified or certifiable by the National Weather Service. The scheduled commencement date for these services is December 1, 1995.
