a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Those prospective
offerors who are Small Businesses are invited to participate in this
procurement. The Contractor shall pump out the waste from each
trap/interceptor and scrape walls, floors to remove grease and
sedimentary residue and dispose the grease, sludge and debris from each
trap/interceptor. To complete the cleaning operation wash down walls,
and floors with a hose equipped with a high pressure water nozzle, pump
out residue and flush drains to insure free flow. After completing
pumping and cleaning operation, the Contractor shall record the reading
registered on the float indicator in the Monthly Pumping Report. (MPR).
The bid opening is scheduled for 21 November 1995. The contract is a
combination firm-fixed price and Indefinite Quantity. The contract term
will be for a base and four option periods of up to 12 months each with
prices established at award. The Government has the unilateral right to
exercise options, but award of options in not guaranteed. The duration
of the contract including the exercise of options shall not exceed 66
months. The plans and specs are expected to be ready for issue on or
about 16 October 1995. Availability of the solicitation is limited and
