Support services acquired via this contract include operation and maintenance of both classified and unclassified data communications systems and system design, implementation and fault detection/isolation, and installation, operation and maintenance of telephone systems and equipment. The work shall fall within the following parameters: Provides Information Technology resources required to support Division scientific, engineering, and management communications needs; Plans, designs, and implements, the Division's local and wide area networking requirements and telephone systems; Operates and maintains the Division's telephone and local and wide area network systems and facilities. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is anticipated. Technical and cost proposals will be required for evaluation. Award will be made on the basis of ''Greatest Value'' with evaluation factors being technical approach, past performance, personnel, management approach and facilities.
