D -- PAGERS AND PAGING SERVICES FOR FEDERAL POC Kathy Garrett, Contracting Officer 817/334-3434 Pagers and paging services for Federal agencies located in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Texas, new Mexico, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, north Dakota, south Dakota and Montana. Concerns having the ability to furnish the following services are requested to give written notification within 30 days from the date of this synopsis. The General Services administration intends to contract withskytel for pagers and paging services. The requiremetn is for 2-way immediate response narrowband personal communication paging service (PCS) in the 900 MHZ frequency range. PCS 2-way paging capability must allow for use of small, form-fit devices using Commercial-off-the-shelf batteries, and confirmedmessaage delivery. Paging services must offer the ability to generate messages and receive replies via the internet, and have the ability to integrate bothone-way and two-way pagers for response of messages. It is the governments belief that the services described above are onlyy available from skytel. See Note 22. This is not a formal solcitation.
