Contractor shall purchase two (2) buildings, furnish all plant, labor, materials, services, equipment and perform all work in connection with the complete installation of two (2) portable classroom buildings and all related work modifications, improvements and repairs in strict conformance with the applicable drawings and specifications included in the solicitation package which will be issued on or about October 20, 1995 for the Tesuque Day School, Tesuque Pueblo, New Mexico and the Zia Day School, Zia Pueblo, New Mexico. Contractor shall purchase two (2) buildings, 28' x 60' (1,680 sq. ft.), with restrooms, appropriate constructions, furnace room and storage room, to be set on concrete pads depressed to provide for grade level threshold. Provide all utility hookups for complete and normal operation of the new classroom. The new buildings and installation shall comply with all applicable Federal, State and local fire, safety, building and sanitary codes/regulations. Section 7(b) of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 450e) requires that prime contractors give preference in employment and training to Indian/Alaska Native individuals and that preference in award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises.
