Solicitation offerors may submit by FAX or mail NO later than 10/20/95 their request for a copy of the Solicitation. Solicitation will be on a 3 1/2 inch disk in word unless a paper copy is requested in writing. The Solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about 11/28/95. Above ground storage tanks and/or systems-protected (IAW UL2085), above ground storage tanks and/or systems-fire resistant (IAW UL2085), above ground storage tanksand/or systems-non vaulted (IAW UL 2085). All tanks UL 2085 subdivided into split compartment or single tank, or dual compartment or double tank. Above ground storage tanks and/or systems for waste oil, fuel dispensing units, fuel management systems/units. The contract period will be 10/1/96 through 9/31/02. NOTE-all current contracts under the GSA special order program for above ground storage tanks will be cancelled at the start of the new contract period. All contracts to be awarded will be indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantitycontracts with $100 guaranteed minimum. All contracts to be awarded include industrial funding provisions. Various clauses including clause I-FSS-599, electronic Commerce-Federal acquisition network (facnet) are included which implement GSA advantage (gsas on-line shopping program). Also included is clause I-FSS-125 requirements exceeding the maximum order and related clauses which implement the new maximum order provisions allowing customer agencies to seek price decreases based upon requirements which exceed the maximum order established under any resultant contracts.
