58 -- INTEGRATED NAVIGATIONAL TACTICAL PLOTTING SYSTEMS SOL N00164-94-C-0145 POC Contact point, Ms. Barbara Kinder Code 1163LJ, 812-854- 3901/Contracting Officer, Kelly Siffin This Procurement is for three Integrated Navigational Tactical Plotting Systems (INTPS) Smiths Industries P/N 469J. Also being procured are one set of interim spares Smiths Industries P/N SISP66002 and five sets of on-board repair parts Smiths Industries P/N SISP66001. In addition, engineering support necessary for review and validation of INTPS installation Control Drawings, production and validation of shipyard test reports, and review and validation of the INTPS technical manual will be procured. Also interim logistic support will be procured. The three INTPS units shall be required to be delivered to NAVSURFWARCENDIV Crane IN by 31 October 1996. The interim spares set shall be delivered to Smith Industries, Arlington, VA by 30 March 1996. The on-board repair parts shall be delivered to Crane IN as follows. The first set shall be delivered by 28 February 1996, the second and third sets shall be delivered by 30 March 1996. The fourth set shall be delivered by 30 April 1996. The period of performance for the engineering support necessary for review and validation of INTPS installation Control Drawings, production and validation of shipyard test reports, and review and validation of the INTPS technical manual shall be 180 days. All deliveries shall be FOB destination. This will be a sole source procurement to Smiths Industries (see Note 22) and it is anticipated that it will be procured via a modification to a current contract with Smiths Industries.
