Contract period shall commence 1 May 1996 and shall continue through 30 April 1997. Delivery of targets shall be made within 30 calendar days after receipt of delivery order issued against resulting contract. Delivery shall be made to Range Control, Building 8071, Fort Stewart, Georgia. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered.
