Estimated quantities, to include fill-in requirements, are: shirts, men's long sleeve - 6200 EA; shirts, women's long sleeve - 950 EA; shirts, men's short sleeve - 8100 EA; and shirt, women's short sleeve - 1150 EA. Patterns will be provided to successful contractor by the USAF Academy. Bar Code 39 will be required. This is a firm fixed price requirements contract. The successful offeror shall be certified for all items by the Department of the Air Force, Human System Division (AFSC), Wright Patterson AFB, OH at the time of offer submittal.
