JMEM/AS and DAHS CWE Electronic Hypertext Systems effort includes, but is not limited to, completing development of electronic hypertext version of the Joint Services Manual for Design of Analysis of Hardened Structures to Conventional Effects (DAHS CWE Manual) including integration of all 17 DAHS CWE chapters base-line system with user-requested base-line capability, and provide continuing transistional support to the JMEM Air-to-Surface Weaponeering System (JAWS). Contractor personnel will require DoD security clearances at the SECRET-RD level. Contemplated period of performance is 24 months. This proposed contract action is intended as a sole source modification to contract DNA001-93-C-0211, Horizons Technology, Inc. (HTI), on the basis of being the only source with the unique expertise required to complete the effort in a consistent and compatible manner. See Numbered Note 22.
