A -- A -- ASSESSMENT OF SPECS FOR INTEGRATION OF CEC WITH THE SH-60R POC Contact, Ronald G. Ostrom, Phone (703)604-2000 Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under BOA number N00019-94-G-0051 with Loral Federal Systems 1801 State Route 17C, Owego, New York to conduct a preliminary assessment of specifications required for full integration with Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) and the SH-60R. Effort includes defining requirements for system architecture and the Multi-Mode Radar (MMR) Missile Detect Mode, defining requirements for incorporation of the Ku-band Datalink, and interface requirements between the MMR and the Integrated Mission Processor. In addition, there will be associated engineering support for John Hopkins University/Applied Physics Laboratory, and related documentation. Loral (IBM) is the sole manufacturer of the LAMPS MK III and the Block II Upgrade and has the requisite experience, knowledge, personnel and data base to perform this effort within the time and funding constraints.
