Conserns having the ability for providing a Comprehensive Sanction Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospitial, surgical, prescriptions, and treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Indianapolis Indiana area. Estimated number of mandays are 29,781 (23,826 male and 5,955 female) for the base period, 15,188 mandays (12,151 male and 3,037 female) for option year No. 1, 15,492 mandays (12,394 male and 3,098 female) for option year No. 2, and 15,801 mandays (12,641 male and 3,160 female) for option year No. 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 11/06/95. Estimated closing date is o/a 01/05/96. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options to renew.
