Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospitial, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Knoxville, Tennessee area. Estimated number of mandays are 18,250 mandays (13,870 male and 4,380 female) for the base period and 9,125 mandays (6,935 male and 2,190 female) for option years 1, 2, and 3. Estimated issue date o/a 11/06/95. Estimated closing date is o/a 01/05/96. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options to renew. A Fire-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources that submit a proposal shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
