Contract period will be from date of award through 9/30/96 with four (4) one-year options to extend. Responsible sources may respond with their capability to supply these requirements or submit proposals. All proposals received within fifteen days after publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
