Correction: This solicitation, initially synopsized on 9/6/94, with amendments published on 9/6/94, 8/28/95, 8/29/95 and 9/1/95, is corrected to reflect that Solicitation number RFP 100-0575-4 is amended to change the method of contracting from Negotiated to Sealed Bidding; therefore, the solicitation number is being changed to IFB 100-0575-5. The point contact is changed to Andrew L. Payne, Contract Specialist. This amendment also corrects the announcement to reflect that this contract is being competed under the policies set forth in OMB Circular A-76 and the Government intends to bid. Solicitation responses will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation requirements of the August 1993 Supplement to the OMB Circular A-76, to determine whether the work will be performed by a contractor or be brought in-house for Government performance. The period of performance shall be a one year base period, with four one year options to renew. Also, the contract is subject to the Service Contract Act and the Place of performance is unknown. Wage determinations have been requested for ''Nationwide.'' The contracting officer will furnish a copy of the Wage Determination for a specific place of performance if ask to do so in writing. All request for Wage Determinations must be received by November 15, 1995, at 2:00 pm. The issuance date for the Solicitation package is on or about 10/30/95 with a deadline for receipt of bids on or about 11/30/95. All other terms and conditions are the same.
