present an informational briefing to all interested parties on 20 Oct
95 at 1300 at Aerospace Corp, Building D-8, Room 1010, 200 North
Aviation Blvd, El Segundo CA 90245-4691, to acquaint potential offerors
with Government requirements for the Military Integrated Satellite
Communications Study, PRDA 95-99. Classification of the briefing will
be SECRET/NOFORN, organizations are requested to limit the number of
attendees to no more than three. All parties interested in attending
the briefing must contact Ms. Hayley Philbrick at SMC/MCK, Los Angeles
AFB, 2420 Vela Way, Suite 1467-A8, Los Angeles AFB, CA 90245-4659,
Fax# 310-336-2011 in writing at least three working days before the
scheduled industry brief. Clearances, visit requests and verification
of access to a classified storage facility must be received no later
than three working days prior to the industry briefing, by the
Aerospace Corporation, Attn: Hester Bing, 2350 E. El Segundo Blvd, El
Segundo, CA 90245, Fax# 310-336-6983, and Voice# 310-336-5038. Lt Chuck
Gadda should be listed as the point of contact for all visit requests
and an information copy of the visit request should be sent to Lt Chuck
Gadda at SMC/MCX, Fax# 310-336-4905, Voice# 310-336-4752. The following
information will be contained in the industry brief: a) details on the
content of the responses sought (including administrative details and
financial, cost and schedule considerations), b) in-depth information
regarding study objectives and tasks, c) review, in general terms, of
the proposal evaluation criteria, d) proprietary information guidance,
and e) information on system design/performance requirements and
current/projected future operational communications requirements of US
military. Upon request, industry attendees with access to classified
(SECRET/NOFORN) storage facilities will receive a copy of briefing
slides, minutes, and other informational material. Potential offerors
who are not able to attend the industry brief but who have access to
classified (SECRET/NOFORN) storage facilities will, upon request,
receive a copy of the same package offered to industry brief attendees.
Questions (both oral and written) will be permitted at the industry
brief. A written package of all questions and answers will be furnished
