S -- HOSPITAL LINEN AND LAUNDRY SERVICE SOL F04700-96B0006 DUE 112795 POC PATRICIA CASARES, AFFTC/PKAD, 805-277-3900, EXT 2211. Hospital laundry and dry cleaning to include pick-up and delivery. Pick-up and delivery of soiled/clean laundry and dry cleaning shall be accomplished Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of 0800 and 0900. This shall also include reimbursable and non-reimbursable repairs. Contractor is responsible for proper handling of contaminated laundry and dry cleaning. Soiled and clean items are not to be transported in the same vehicle at the same time. Estimated workload is 7,000 pounds per month. This will be a requirements contract for the period of 1 Apr 96 through 30 Mar 97 to include four (4) option years. Solicitation to be issued on or about 25 Oct 95 with a 30 day bid period. 100 percent Small Business Set Aside. Bids from all responsible small business concerns will be considered.
