The period of the contract shall commence 1 January 1996 or within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of contract award, whichever is later, and shall continue through 30 September 1996. This contract contains options to extend the term of the contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid which will be considered.
