The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service proposes to award a firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery requirements type contract to provide laundry services at the PHS Indian Hospital, Fort Yates, North Dakota. These services include the collection and delivery of various types of laundry which includes rough dry, flatwork, finish-work, pillows, mops, dry cleaning for windows and rugs. Services to be provided in accordance with JCAHO or HCFA standards. Collections and deliveries are to be made at least twice a week. Contract term is for one year from date of award, with option to extend for four additional years.
