Status Update from the RCDC RFP team: The RCDC RFP release, previously, scheduled for 21 Sep 95, will be delayed. Currently, the team is, targeting 11 Oct 95 for release of the formal RFP. A major change, to this document over the draft RFP is that the Government will be, using a Statement of Objectives in the RFP rather than a Statement, of Work. The Government is still anticipating a 30 calendar turn, around time from release of the RFP to proposal deadline.
