UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., is seeking offerors to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type supply contract w/EPA for a period of 5 years for various MIL-W-81044B Supp 1A Wire, electric, crosslinked polyalkene crosslinked alkane-imide polymer, or polyarylene insulated, copper or coppy alloy. Various line items to be QPL. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. Further descriptions, delivery order limitations, and any additional information necessary to submit an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Estimated total minimum quantity is 546,884 ft and total maximum quantity is 16,371,271 ft. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after receipt of each delivery order. Delivery orders may be issued from any one of UNICOR's 13 electronics factories. F.O.B. destination to any one of UNICOR's 13 factories as follows: FCI Big Spring TX, FCI Boron CA, FCI Danbury CT, FCI Estill SC, FCI Fairton NJ, FCI Lexington KY, USP Lompoc CA, FCI Loretto PA, FCI Memphis TN, FCI Oxford WI, FCI Petersburg VA, FCI Phoenix AZ, and FCI Three Rivers TX.
