UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., is seeking offerors to enter into a Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type supply contract w/EPA for a period of 5 years for various MIL-C-5756C. QPL 5756-24, award will be made on if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. Cable, power, electrical, portable. Further cable descriptions, delivery order limitations, and any additional information necessary to submit an offer will be identified in the solicitation. Estimated total minimum quantity is 76,127 ft and total maximum quantity is 2,259,819 ft. Delivery is required within 90 calendar days after receipt of each delivery order. Delivery orders may be issued from any one of UNICOR's 13 electronics factories. F.O.B. destination to any one of UNICOR's 13 factories as follows: FCI Big Spring TX, FCI Boron CA, FCI DAnbury CT, FCI Estill SC, FCI Fairton NJ, FCI Lexington KY, USP Lompoc CA, FCI Loretto PA, FCI Memphis TN, FCI Oxford WI, FCI Petersburg VA, FCI Phoenix AZ, and FCI Three Rivers TX.
