Correction...The Weapons, Air Base and Range Program Office, in support of the recompetition of the Technical and Engineering Acquisition Support (TEAS) task order contract, is issuing this Modification to the Sources Sought Synopsis dated 19 July 1995 #VXBK-95-003.The RFP will require that large businesses submit subcontracting plans that contain mandatory subcontracting of 5% for small disadvantaged business and 15% for small business, for a total of 20% of the manhours or dollars expended among the various Members of the Technical Staff (MTS) and Technical Support Staff (TSS) under the contract. Failure to submit such a plan would render the offeror ineligible for award. In addition, it is our intention to incentivize the contractor by offering additional award fee percentage whenever the next higher tier subcontracting goals are met. It is contemplated that the DRFP will be released the Electronic Bulletin Board on or before 18 Oct 95 with hard copies to follow.
