The purpose of this notice is to synopsize Option 3 of BMDO contract SDIO84-91-C-0035 in accordance with FAR 17.207. SDIO84-91-C-0035 is a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract awarded to W. J. Schafer Associates, Inc. effective October 1, 1991, with a two-year base period and three option periods. BMDO intends to exercise Option 3 of the contract effective December 1, 1995. The contractor provides technical and program management services in the area of space subsystems and launch activities to the Science & Technology Directorate.
