X -- SOLICITATION FOR SITES - NORTH CHILI, NY 14514-9998 SOL 082530-96-A-0010 DUE 120195 POC George E. Welch, Real Estate Specialist, (203) 285-7138. The U. S. Postal Service seeks proposals to lease existing space, space to be modified or facility to be constructed in the Town of Chili, NY. The preferred area is bounded as follows: on the north by West Side Drive; on the east by the intersection of West Side Drive and Buffalo Road; on the south by King Road; and on the west by Ramblewood Drive. Space requirements are for either existing space of about 3,500 sf with 19 customer parking spaces, 12 employee spaces and 2 handicap spaces or, for a new construction leased facility, about 3,500 sf on a site size of about 45,000 sf, with the same parking as above. The lease term is for a minimum of twenty years with four five-year renewal options for new construction and ten years with four five-year options for existing or renovated space. Proposals will be received through December 1, 1995, and must be submitted by principals only on specified forms and in accordance with the official advertisement for space. Solicitation packages may be purchased by sending a non-refundable cashier's check or money order made payable to ''Disbursing Officer, USPS'' in the amount of $25.00 to Mr. Welch. (0286)
