Work shall include installation of a subsurface drainage system, and connection and relocation of existing utilities as needed. Remodeling of existing facility will include modification of existing floor plan, including changing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Exterior work shall include minimal site clearing and grading associated with construction of addition. The project is located at 1536 S. Carson Street, Carson City, Nevada.
