SOLICITATION: (Originally Pre-Solicited as DAHA19-95-B-0030) The project covered by this statement consists of furnishing all plant, supplies, equipment, materials, transportation and labor to complete work for an addition and alteration to a vehicle maintenance shop. The project consists of constructing a 1200 SF refueler maintenance bay and altering 665 SF paint bay. New construction consists of concrete foundation and slab with masonry walls, steel deck and joists. The alteration consists of demolition of the interior of an existing paint bay. Both parts include special mechanical and electrical work. Some asbestos removal is required. There are two additive bid items (ABIs) as follows: 1). Substitute a heated make-up air system for the exhaust system. 2). Provide grease and oil dispensing systems. All work to be performed at the Worcester Air National Guard Station, Worcester, Massachusetts. Performance period is for one hundred eighty days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed.
