Renovate Dormitories 2607 and 2608 and the Pavilion Buildings common to both. The work includes interior renovations to dormitory bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and dayroom/lounge areas. It also includes the creation of computer/study areas and a kitchenette area. Minor repairs to the exterior of the building are also included. Performance period is 210 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. IFB will be issued on or about 2 November 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to Small Disadvantaged Businesses. Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is l543. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceeding three fiscal years do not exceed $17.0 million dollars.
