The system must also print a hard copy of each and every alarm received by the system to include location, date and time of incident. A means of muting each audible alarm must be present at all three monitor stations. The system must be capable of storing all alarm announcements for a period of one year. A pictorial diagram of the alarm facility highlighting the activated alarm device location should be available at each monitor station upon the operator's request. Request information on equipment available on the market capable of meeting these requirements including descriptive literature showing technical information as well as pricing information. Also request information on leasing options available. Maintenance information and pricing are also requested as well as industry standards ad warranty.
