UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries Inc., intends to enter into a Sole Source contract with Philtek Power Corporation. It will be a Indefinite-Quantity/Indefinite Delivery contract for the following: Line Item 0001 - Uninterruptible Power Supply as per drawing 13229E8340-3 Rev. A, Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 30 each, Maximum quantity 120 and Line Item 0002 - Battery, Lead-Acid, Sealed, 12V as per drawing 13229E8208, Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 180 each, Maximum quantity 720 each. This contract will be for three (3) years. Supplies to be furnished under this contract shall be ordered by issuance of individual delivery orders. FOB destination will be FCI Big Spring, TX. Delivery will be required 45 calendar days after issuance of each individual delivery order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
