EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM FT. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL BE SOLICITED VIA THE EBB.
