Industries, Inc. intends to enter into a firm-fixed Price Service
contract for the following: Solder instructor to provide interpretation
and training in the directives contained in military specifications:
MIL-STD-2000, MIL-S-45743, and MIL-STD-454. Provide certification
required by MIL-STD 2000 and MIL-S-45743 to staff and inmates at
Federal Prison Industries, MC Lexington, KY. Period of Performance is
one year, from March 1, 1996 through Feb. 28, 1997, with a one year
optional period, from March 1, 1997 through Feb. 28, 1998. The
instructor will be expected to work 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 40 hours per
week. Holidays: Same as Federal Government without pay. Interested
parties must be certified as a Category ``B'' or C''
Instructor/Examiner capable of certifying operators and inspectors. The
instructor must also be certified as a visual examiner/technician for
visual screening and must be familiar with Titmus vision testing
equipment. The instructor must have extensive experience in digital and
analog electronic circuits. The instructor must have extensive
experience in radio frequency energy transmission circuitry testing. It
should be noted that this instructor will be working inside a Federal
Correctional Facility. Additional specifications will be included in
