S -- SECURITY GUARD SERVICES The City of St. Louis Airport Authority is seeking proposals from qualified firms for Security Guard Services at the Lambert - St. Louis International Airport. The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained beginning Monday, October 16, 1995, at the address above, Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, Tuesday, November 14, 1995. It is the policy of the City of St. Louis Airport Authority to provide disadvantaged, minority and women owned businesses the maximum opportunity to participate in contracting opportunities at Lambert - St. Louis International Airport.
