This project involves the repaving and stripping to the housing area roads and parking areas to include painting and placement of wheel strips. The existing pavement is old and deteriorated. Many areas show significant signs of base course failure and raveling. The existing stripping is significantly worn and it is difficult to determine locations of stop lines, centerlines, and parking lines. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation to be issued O/A November 3, 1995.
