Holzmiller, Contracting Officer, (919) 335-6436 Provide appropriate instructional services to design and implement the HH60 Supply Cell at Aircraft Repair and Supply Center (ARSC), Elizabeth City, N.C. This training will result in the development of a strategic plan by ARSC employees to consolidate related procurement and inventory management functions for the support of the HH60 aircraft. Contract is to be completed within 150 days after date of award. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate the above services from Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Farmington Hills, MI in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. CSC provided the training for the development of the framework of the redesign plan. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
