The principal components of the work include: Removing the existing shutters from the trashrack structures on the upstream face of Folsom Dam and disassembling the seven-panel shutter units; removing floor plate panels on the trashrack structure superstructure deck to allow the removal of the shutters; replacing fasteners which are damaged in the removal of the floor plates; cleaning and painting the existing shutter panels and existing stems; fabricating, painting, and installing 15 new replacement latches; fabricating, painting, and installing 75 new stems; furnishing and mounting 360 new stainless steel shoulder screws with nuts and washers; cutting notches in two locations on the bottom edge of the face plate of each of the single shutter panels, 30 panels total; furnishing and welding to the bottom edge of each of 30 single shutters panels; and reinstalling the floor plate on the deck of the trashrack structure superstructure. This acquisition is an unrestricted procurement. The small business size standard for a concern, including its affiliates, is not to exceed $7 million in average annual receipts for its preceding 3 fiscal years.
